This is my concern. (vanity)
me

Nixon ran against JFK back in 1960. And there was strong evidence of Democrat voter fraud, particularly in Illinois and West Virginia. Nixon’s advisers told him not to contest the election. They said it would tear the country apart. Nixon took that advice, and stood down.

Will Trump stand down in 2020? No way! But the courts just might stand down, in a misguided decision to not “tear the country apart”. That is my concern.

This is what everyone on Trump Team has been telling us for days. The integrity of our sacred right to vote honestly without interference - and to an honest count of that vote - is at stake.

Without those, we have no viable system.

I would hope we would revolt. But I also fear that half of all the 70 million truly have no stomach for conflict — we’d just die a slow and painful death and watch the country go into decline rather than risk our lives, our fortunes, or our sacred honor.

You forgot Texas.

Trump spox has already said, "Concede is not yet a word in our vocabulary."

He's not backing down.

The media is more corrupt than the voting system. Clearly the media is in on the fraud. Polesters and the networks and the big tech are all part of an elite crime of treason. We need to stop it. The people are in charge, not the media and not the government bureaucrats.

Exactly.

Without the Media and big tech on Biden's side this would have been a landslide for President Trump.

“If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”

That link for today’s Barr memo didn’t work, the below one does.

In it he says he has already authorized investigations in “specific instances.”

So that would be at least two that are substantial, credible, and have the potential to flip a state.

By and large the courts in out country are very much focused on their non-impeachment of their judge seats— caused by blatant bypassing of Constitutional law. So-— NO!

The evidence they will have, btw is going to be massive— in the millions of fraudulent/illegal ballots. Cannot be ignored or bought off.

Bad assumption-— civility in the face of criminal fraud and reversal of individual votes. No— judges should be concerned about the Amendment that gives recourse beyond the 1rst Amendment.

I know I will get flamed for this but “standing down” implies that there is a clear path to “stand up” for your rights in national elections. There isn’t. Elections are state run operations and if the states authorize the electors to vote the candidate the deal is done. There is no federal law to attach “standing up” to. You can question the way the individual states do their thing, but this time you need to do it multiple times and at different appeals levels. It will take too long.

If it ever gets to the Supreme Court, they will refuse to undo the state judgements. Circumstantial evidence is not enough. Thousands of lost or changed ballots is not enough. Even a willful violation of Pa.’s laws in counting ballots won’t be enough. Even if Trump wins Pa. it’s not enough.

I think I do.

Instead of squirreling around in the dark, cheating and pulling nasty tricks, Trump has always told us exactly what is on his mind, and exactly what he intends to do.

No matter what happens, he’s going to be remembered as one of our few greatest presidents.

Well, they’ve already done their worst with the members that we can consider trustworthy - and they’ve gotten nowhere.

So, bring it on.

If the courts overturn the media, all hell breaks loose. That is a forgone conclusion.

But, my bigger question is what happens 4 years from now. Same shift different election?

No, we need to sit down and be quietly planning a 50 year strategy. But ...but we don’t do that stuff

That's a very silly statement. Can you tell me when it's happened before? As far as I can recall, what courts decide - especially the Supreme one - is the law of the land.

” . . . a misguided decision to not “tear the country apart.”

I feel the country started being torn apart when the Clintons were in office. It’s been US against THEM ever since.

Another Freeper said it best earlier today:

“We can have 1876, or we can have 1860.”

You were awake in 2000, right?

Just to refresh your memory, the US Supreme Court overruled the Florida Supreme Court on the subject of the Florida presidential election.

Then there is 1876—I leave it as an exercise for you to research that bizarre election.
