OK, I'm 80% serious about this. If there's civil war, will we still be able to get prescriptions such as Effexor and Klonopin?

I hope no one will take this terrible advice. There is no justification for stealing. Ever. We work. We earn. We trade. We don't steal. We don't fight among ourselves. If you need something, I'll trade you for it or give you a chance to earn it through labor (even moving my wood pile to the other side of the house - and then the next guy can move it back, so long as you both work for it). If you try to steal, you won't get many shots at that before it's all over. Bad long term strategy, so bad that it's not even worth joking about.

If it makes you happier, I chose not to mention that the Klonopin (along with unmentioned Lamictal) helps keep me from having multiple grand mals a day, and without them, I’d be useless to my family. I thought instead, I’d try to render in a light way some very dark worries.

I believe this too. Most of us (on both sides) are just too damn civilized and domesticated to literally go to war against our neighbors and former friends. I’m not talking about self defense. I mean in a defense of ideology.
