On a very serious note, can someone with some legal expertise pipe in here regarding the ramifications of Biden's recent comments about voter fraud.
If this election goes to the courts, can the comment that Biden made that “we have put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics” be used against him legally???? he didn't correct himself, it wasn't said in jest--he flat out admitted to organized fraud.
Seriously? The candidate has acknowledged being part of a illegal fraud conspiracy (RICO perhaps).
If a hells angel was caught on tape saying they are running the largest meth manufacturing ring in history...then it would for sure be used legally against him. same thing if a mafia boss was taped saying something similar.
If i was a prosecutor investigating a fraud case like Biden mentioned, i think it’d be some incredible evidence against the defendant.
what legal ramifications are there for this statement?

Given his history of malapropisms, I doubt that it would be used as admission of guilt but it is suspicious. It would however, be a great line in a post election ad from Trump
Joe mis-spoke so often that I don’t think this admission would be taken seriously.
I think it should be taken seriously, but — by itself — a court is likely to shrug it off.

Of course it can be used against him. If democrats claim he is lucid enough to be President of the USA then he was lucid enough when he said that, and damn well meant what he said. This is a guy they claim is well enough to deal with foreign leaders? Fine, then whatever comes out of his mouth is valid.

The Democrat PR Department (a.k.a. the media) spent days screaming about PDJT’s joke about Russia having Hillary’s emails. So Pedo Joe’s “gaffe” is most certainly open for investigation!
Even when I first read this my reaction was that he meant they had put an anti-fraud group together, and that it was just Joe being his normal confused self.
I still think that- but with less conviction. Maybe he was being truthful. With Joe you can’t tell which end is up.
What would be hilarious is if this video of Creepy ChiCom Joe is submitted with filings of the growing election theft evidence in federal court.
Some lawyers wouldn’t do it but IMHO, it would be useful as the corporate Dem Media would go nuts.

Fix voter fraud? It’s too damn late. The GOP (Trump and the US Senate) had four years to correct this. And as far as I know, nothing was done.
For years I’ve read stories about how easy it was to hack voting machines, and how easy it was to vote dead people. Yes, I know the courts got in the way with their stupid rulings. Whatever. The GOP just gave up on this issue.
So here we are. Biden will steal his way into the White House. Then his executive orders will crush what’s left of the Republic.
(Sorry for being so pessimistic. But I see nothing but dark clouds ahead. I hope events will prove me wrong.)

The remedy is NEW ELECTIONS in all states where unsupervised ballots were submitted and counted.

I think the clearest evidence of fraud is the Michigan spike in the middle of the night of 135k votes all for PedoJoe. And behind closed doors...
Thanks for posting. That clip of Biden admitting an organized vote fraud plan has been on my mind last night and some this morning. I just hadn’t gotten around to looking it up, again. I’m surprised it’s still up on Youtube. I guess they realize it’s archived everywhere, and that to delete it would just try more attention to it, if that’s possible.
thats why I’m hoping a freeper lawyer or some one with real expertise can comment on here.
I remember reading Vincent Bugliosi’s Helter Skelter about the manson trial. the fine nuances of speech by the family members (hippie murderers) was fine tooth combed to get to evidence that could be used against Manson.
Biden’s comments are indisputable and on video with witnesses.
I think he spilled the beans. Surely, there are many many people, hopefully some people in our FBI who know about this, and were undercover to it.
