Fix voter fraud? It’s too damn late. The GOP (Trump and the US Senate) had four years to correct this. And as far as I know, nothing was done.
For years I’ve read stories about how easy it was to hack voting machines, and how easy it was to vote dead people. Yes, I know the courts got in the way with their stupid rulings. Whatever. The GOP just gave up on this issue.
So here we are. Biden will steal his way into the White House. Then his executive orders will crush what’s left of the Republic.
(Sorry for being so pessimistic. But I see nothing but dark clouds ahead. I hope events will prove me wrong.)
Elections are controlled at the state level. As a general rule, Trump and the Senate have no control over elections.
However -- with the current situation -- there may be enough political will to start withholding federal funds from states unless they involve DHS in proper election reform (to include voter ID and many other steps). If the states take it upon themselves to cleanup their elections, then the federal money can start flowing again for their roads, schools, and whatnot.
This wasn't something that could be fixed with a magic wand a few years ago. But Biden's blatant attempt at stealing 2020 may make this sort of reform possible now.
