On a very serious note, can someone with some legal expertise pipe in here regarding the ramifications of Biden's recent comments about voter fraud.
If this election goes to the courts, can the comment that Biden made that “we have put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics” be used against him legally???? he didn't correct himself, it wasn't said in jest--he flat out admitted to organized fraud.
Seriously? The candidate has acknowledged being part of a illegal fraud conspiracy (RICO perhaps).
If a hells angel was caught on tape saying they are running the largest meth manufacturing ring in history...then it would for sure be used legally against him. same thing if a mafia boss was taped saying something similar.
If i was a prosecutor investigating a fraud case like Biden mentioned, i think it’d be some incredible evidence against the defendant.

Biden may have successfully chased many a slip, but he will have a hard time evading this one.
Just remember “Antifa” means “by any means necessary”. Does anyone really think that people who celebrate abortion and homosexuality would let something like an honest election stop their quest for power? They have no core morals or decent values. Fraud comes naturally to them. Their lives are nothing but frauds.
Elections are controlled at the state level. As a general rule, Trump and the Senate have no control over elections.
However -- with the current situation -- there may be enough political will to start withholding federal funds from states unless they involve DHS in proper election reform (to include voter ID and many other steps). If the states take it upon themselves to cleanup their elections, then the federal money can start flowing again for their roads, schools, and whatnot.
This wasn't something that could be fixed with a magic wand a few years ago. But Biden's blatant attempt at stealing 2020 may make this sort of reform possible now.

I’m sorry but statements and confessions of GUILT made by a member of the ruling class are not admissible in court, only regular subjects are held to those standards of truth and honesty.

They throw people in jail for just forgetting what they had for lunch. That’s what they did to people who worked for Trump. They ask them “what did you have for lunch yesterday” and they’ll say “A tuna sandwich”. Then the next day they’ll ask again “What did you have for lunch 2 days ago” and if the person says “turkey sandwich” they’ll charge them with lying

That’s a fair point, and one worth noting. But certainly the federal government can (and should) have a say over how federal elections are conducted.
If a legitimate voter is turned away at a polling place, then all hell will break loose. The Feds will get involved. And rightly so!
But if a legitimate voter‘s vote is cancelled out by a fake vote, no one in power will seem to care all that much. Oh, well. Life goes in.
(Sorry for the rambling rant. None of it is directed against you. I just have a sick feeling that Biden is going to steal this election. And then after he resigns for “health reasons” President Harris will destroy this Republic.)

yes. Look at how the Democrats and prosecutors/persecutors/investigators took Donald Trump’s “I wonder if Russia has copies of Hillary’s emails” (paraphase) comment out of context.
Having courts change laws written by the state legislature is a violation of this Constitutional mandate.
Call Obama to the witness stand, and ask what Obama meant about Biden—it’s on video!
The only remedy I see for the entire debacle is to hold a complete re-election in the states with obvious fraud. Have all polling places monitored or supervised by U.S. Marshals. No fol-de-rol of mail-ins, Absentee, early. In-person. One day only.
Our Elections Code had provisions for what would constitute what circumstances would allow for, or mandate, holding a re-election. I would think that massive fraud would be one of the requirements to hold a re-election.
