That’s a fair point, and one worth noting. But certainly the federal government can (and should) have a say over how federal elections are conducted.

If a legitimate voter is turned away at a polling place, then all hell will break loose. The Feds will get involved. And rightly so!

But if a legitimate voter‘s vote is cancelled out by a fake vote, no one in power will seem to care all that much. Oh, well. Life goes in.

(Sorry for the rambling rant. None of it is directed against you. I just have a sick feeling that Biden is going to steal this election. And then after he resigns for “health reasons” President Harris will destroy this Republic.)

Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government

Having courts change laws written by the state legislature is a violation of this Constitutional mandate.
