It appears to me that Trump is on the way to a crooked loss. Of course it becomes a huge matter for many courts that could take months to resolve. On Jan 20th, 2021 who is the POTUS? It looks to me like in a crisis Pelosi may take over the Executive branch until a clear winner is named.

The House votes by state. I think the Rs have the majority of states so the vote would be for Trump.
Correct. But the process of the House and Senate could go forward, and maybe end this mess before you reach that 3rd week.
Bigger discussion item is idea that the Supreme Court might invalidate several state election results (not just Penn), and the House method of choosing the president suddenly becomes a big issue by the 13th of December as the EC situation can’t function because the Supremes cancelled their results.
My suspicion is that a minimum of ten states will be cited for serious fraud or simply bad practices in handling the election. In this case, I can’t see how the Supreme Court would allow the EC to function.

Now, i might be right in thinking that during this interim, she has the stress of reality, the giddiness of acquired power, and the yoopers to get real drunk.
Let both parties place all their usual presidential pressures, upon her, plus pick her replacement temp for Speaker, and all the daily presidential decisions that canmot go away.
We have reason to suspect her acuity.
Now, couple that, with a press that has never faced this scenario before. Is she Speaker, is she President? Can she act presidential?
I opine she collapses, breaks, sckits, kaput, and must be removed. All within a timeframe of “no decision yet”!
And who would those good guys be. I do not think the military would automatically take our side.
Depending on the electoral college vote, I expect that Pelosi, the DNC, Biden, Harris and many Democrats and their supporters and donors will be “Hoist with their own petard” in the coming months.

No. We’ve been over and over this. If no one is declared the winner by Jan. 3, the election goes to the U.S. House, where the House votes by DELEGATION, not by member.
Rs have 26 delegations, Ds have 23,with one kind of iffy.
Trump would be president.
