No. We’ve been over and over this. If no one is declared the winner by Jan. 3, the election goes to the U.S. House, where the House votes by DELEGATION, not by member.
Rs have 26 delegations, Ds have 23,with one kind of iffy.

Only problem is Liz Cheney as the only Rep in WY. Makes her a key swing vote, and she is pure swamp.
You are absolutely correct. That comes from the 12th Amendment to the Constitution. Boy, those guys in the 1700s and 1800s were huge visionaries. I’m glad they were.
