CA Assemblymen James Gallagher and Kevin Kiley, have won in Judge Sarah Heckmen's Sutter County courtroom. The Judge issued a permanent injunction restraining Newsom from issuing further unconstitutional orders. Approx 2 PM on 11/2/20. Newsom restrained from issuing "further unconstitutional orders". Hard to find story on line, and wonder if Newsom delaying press conference.
Link for the fb impaired?
How does affect church services? Still limited ?
Facebook site very blinky.. I got it again after several try’s.
Existing unconstitutional orders remain?
I haven’t read the order. Assume if the shut-down is ordered unconstitutional it is now voided. Someone here can supply the name of the governor and the state that this same issue was recently decided. That dem gov lost on his shut down order -which I think was a state supreme case?
Michigan
Ans she then doubled down and had her health commission issue the new orders on restaurants
Whitmer
The idea that any two bit politicians can simply declare on his own some idiotic emergency and give himself dictatorial power is absolutely disgusting.
This emergency power scam has to be severely curtailed.
Assemblyman Kevin Kiley posted it on twitter a few hours ago.
I wonder if Newsom will keep a lid on the CA press/radio while he is told by his handlers, about how to go around the injunction? Of course he will comply. s/
Most of us in Northern California just ignore this crap.
Thanks for providing the link. The operative words are at the bottom of page 7, and it made my day.
I suppose the gov knows that if he fights this in the media we will get more re-call signatures.
I have been at tables 2-3 times a week for months doing just that ;)
!%.
I wonder if CA freepers could use this reminder that it is possible for everyone of us to go to the recall Newsom web pages - find the petition form and download it - make additional copies of the petition forms, get the signatures of the people in your family, etc., and return the petitions. FOLLOW instructions carefully or your effort could be wasted.
