As he bumbled, mumbled, slurred and created new words, I thought this was Joe Biden's worst speech yet. And that's saying a lot.

No one expected covid. Joe was supposed to be the sacrifice, a la Bob Dole. He was a placeholder—allowed to run, get a whole bunch of cash, and lose to become an “elder” statesman in the party.
Then Covid happened. George Floyd happened.
All of a sudden there was a chance.
But as Obama said...”Joe will f**k it up.”
