b) Narrative was for BHO, after Potus won, to address Nation about Constitutional Crisis: The IC 100% proved MF and DJT rigged election with Russia.
c) He would then order Electors to not cast votes for DJT in the States which were rigged (certain named Battlegrounds).
d) His address would occur between election and casting of electoral votes early Dec., that why MF investigation was left open.
e) In order to appear neutral he would not ask the votes to be cast for HRC, plan at this stage was to deny Potus, not elect HRC. (optics)
2- When Potus was denied a Majority by Law the Election is decided by the House of Representatives.
a) BHO and conspirators needed to avoid the Courts, LE/DOJ because of due process, they had no evidence to prove it.
b) By doing it this way public optics and bi-partisan appearance would maximize perception of legitimacy of their fraud [Treason].

c) He never would have ordered case shut, if at this time they had a second insurance policy planned involving MF.
d) On Jan 4, 2017 Strzok ordered W Bennett to reactivate case on MF.
e) The shutting and re-opening will be BIG in proving Treason, knowingly.
4- The Second Insurance Policy:
d) Potus knew because he tweeted out on Jan 3. 2017 and alerted us, someone gave PS an order to reopen case.
e) Insurance Policy 2 had been conceived by the DS/Shadow Gov., who alerted PS to reopen case. he did so Jan 4. 2017.
f) Insurance Policy 2 would publically be legitimatized by the WH Cabinet meeting Jan. 5 2017, for optics.
g) Most attendees at WH meeting were scapegoats who rubber stamped the opening/continuation of MF investigation.
