Hold Flynn for Contempt? When he was being framed by illegal and corrupt prosecutors?
That was what Obama told Sullivan to do - grant motion to dismiss and then hold Flynn in contempt of court for having signed the plea agreement. So far Sullivan is simply repeating everything Amicus Gleeson said in his filing.
