Reparation was paid in full in blood lost during the American Civil War. No further payment is due especially when you consider that there is no former slave or slave owner alive in the US today.
The closest we have is Kamala Harris who’s grandmother was a slave owner.

Reparations will run smack down when in the SCOTUS, especially a 6-3 or 5-4 conservative court. Reparations violates the 14th amendment equal protection under the law.

And what about a 100% black person whose father’s family immigrated to the US in, say, 1880? Does he only get half? Or does he get it all, because in 1880 racist laws were still on the books?
Let’s keep it simple. Send everybody in the country a postcard to be filled out and returned. If you self-identify as 100% white, no money for you. Otherwise, you get $1,000,000.
And only pay those that were actual slaves.
