The Kansas City Chiefs hosted the Houston Texans Thursday evening for the NFL’s opening game of the 2020 season, and intended to provide a show of unity by locking arms with their teammates and opponents before the game — but the fake social justice was sniffed out by the fans who rained ‘boos’ upon the players.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Latest from the opening game of the NFL season between the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans (all times local):
6:30 p.m.
The Kansas City Chiefs will be required to keep a record of fans in suites and whoever purchased blocks of tickets in the stands for their game Thursday night so that contact tracing can be done in the event of an outbreak.
Michelle Pekarsky of the Kansas City Health Department also said disease investigators will question anybody they interview for 2 1/2 weeks after the game whether they were in attendance.
Public health officials believe those measures will help to quickly identify whether Arrowhead Stadium was the cause of a COVID-19 outbreak.
“This record should help us accomplish more, more quickly,” Pekarsky said.
I am guessing that the NFL and NBA are locked into very good TV contracts that will keep them coasting for a few years. Even as they run out of gas. Even as fans boycott the stadiums. I predict the NFL will give away deep discount tickets in the 2021 season to put fans in in the stands to look good on the boob tube.
This 2020 season is an embarrassing bust for BLM dominated sports ball, the NBA-NFL.
If the NFL really wants to demonstrate Unity, they should BURN THE AMERICAN FLAG DURING THE ANTHEM, show the people how United you Are

The reason most people didn’t but NFL tickets is they’ve already spent the $$ on guns, plywood, fire extinguishers and security cams.

Booing doesnt totally crush the ego as effectively as a massive walkout immediately following.
I saw a clip of this on Varney today; and, I'm telling you, the BOOs were loud and sustained. It was beautiful to hear.

Maybe football watching was just something of a habit; and, people are learning they can simply live without it. In this world of today, there are always other options for entertainment.
Fans boo for an unfair call by a referee or a botched play by their team. Better that they stay home and mow the lawn or fix a broken hinge.
I have thought the very same thing. Where do these guys think they are going to get a job that will pay them the same income as the one they now have? The only reason they are making millions of dollars playing this game is because the fans pay for it. The fans are leaving, they are pissed.
One would think the Super Bowl champs first home game would be a hot ticket.....guess not.

No, ticket price won’t matter this year. Only about 4 teams are letting fans in at all.
