Rainy days and Mondays always get me down.... both here. But its a gentle rain without wind etc.
Far too many sickos. Scary.
One of the cases going to SCOTUS?????
..... MADISON, Wis. (AP) A federal appeals court on Sunday temporarily halted a six-day extension for counting absentee ballots in Wisconsins presidential election, a momentary victory for Republicans and President Donald Trump in the key presidential battleground state.
As it stands, ballots will now be due by 8 p.m. on Election Day. A lower court judge had sided with Democrats and their allies to extend the deadline until Nov. 9. Democrats sought more time as a way to help deal with an expected historic high number of absentee ballots.
#2. OHIO. And so they start lining up. Lets hear it for the judges
Ohio Southern District Court Judge Michael H. Watson rejected voter advocates request to suspend rules in a Sunday order.
Judge Watson was appointed by President George W. Bush, beginning service as a Judge of The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on October 1, 2004.
Ohios rules for matching signatures on absentee ballots to those on file are burdensome for voters but not enough to change them ahead of the Nov. 3 election
Judge Watson agreed with Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose that the process ensures integrity in the states election procedures.
Watson wrote that changing the rules a little more than a month from Election Day would be particularly damaging.
Some public officials have unfortunately regularly cast doubt on the security and legitimacy of voting by mail. A federal court enjoining part of the States procedure for maintaining the security of mail-in voting in the weeks leading up to the election could further undermine public confidence in elections.
The lawsuit was brought by the League of Women Voters of Ohio, the A. Philip Randolph Institute of Ohio and two Ohio voters whose primary ballots didnt count because of mismatched signatures.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday, sponsored by Whatfinger News The best Drudge Report alternative, shows that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trumps job performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove.
I’m surprised too. But I guess that’s why there were so many early lids. He is being coached, hoping he will remember one tenth of what he was told to say. I can’t wait.
Trump has had financial records leaked to the press, secretly recorded conversations leaked to the press, and many officials who worked inside the White House have written tell all books. And yet through all of that, no crime or actual serious scandal has been uncovered.— Matt Walsh (@MattWalshBlog) September 28, 2020
Good Morning lysie and all.
Thanks for food, having Cheerios and blueberries here and Activia yogurt.
Could hardly sleep last night, too much going on and worried about my dog, he seems to be doing ok, but I
worry he is not eating enough, I am trying to get him to eat.
Wonder if meds throw his appetite off, of course not having teeth is a bi change.
Wind today, cleared valley of all that smoke.

A lovely breakfast. But you got it ready at 4 in the morning? You work way too hard!
The libs just make things up and think that we can’t fact check. Or they don’t care because they got out their sound bite for the moment.
Satan is definitely in charge over there.
Did the vet say how long it would take for his mouth to heal? Poor baby might be in a lot of pain.
Fact check all you want, the average idiot American doesn't care.
Good Morning.
Why President numbers dropped today?
