Sounds like Bloomberg had a criteria of a particular race getting the fine money paid. Wouldn't you think that in itself shows a particular motive? Conditions put toward the receiving of freedom and something in return?

And even if it is illegal Bloomberg is most probably untouchable when it comes to punishing him for breaking the law. He's most certainly in the Elite circle as the Clintons and Obama and let's throw in Biden's too. Laws only apply to little people like us Deplorables.
