Hmmm she says she has differing views on law, religion and politics from Scalia. She also has great bipartisan support.
I’d rather have someone the left thoroughly hates, seeing as they are not going to get any votes from the dems anyway. If they’re hated by the left, it’s for all the right reasons.

At first I read Larsen’s statement just like you did but looking at it again I realized she was talking about the other SC clerks having differing views from Scalia NOT her.
