First off, this is hypocrisy at its finest seeing Biden is using a speech to the military to say he won’t use the military as a prop.
When, it comes to what Biden is talking about, I think it goes back to the military higher ups and Trump walking over to the church across from the White House after the National guard troops moved them
Rioters out of the area.

His comments came a day after Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told Congress that the armed forces will have no role in carrying out the election process Milley is long past his sell by date. A rabid deep state Dem Party operative if I ever saw one.
Just how the heck does he know there won't be an insurrection, rioting, arson, murder, anarchy on Nov 3 (all very likely), necessitating invoking the Insurrection Act to quell a blatant attempt by the Dems to seize power illegally? Insurrection Act means bring in the military.
Trump needs to sack this criminal already before its too late.

Most Democrats are completely out of touch with reality.Most Democratics would disagree. The reason being that they have constructed an alternate reality that they have assigned religious fervor to in place of actual religion. Example: Climate Change.
