Newsweek backtracked from their article earlier in the week where it claimed that Senator Kamala Harris doesn’t qualify to be Vice President of the United States. Unfortunately for Harris, there is still no evidence her parents were US citizens when she was born.

2008 was the year the RNC and DNC deliberately simultaneously nominated POTUS ineligible candidates. It was Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, Mutually Assured Destruction, whatever you wish to call it. The net effect, though, was a smart bomb aimed by the uniparty (now referred to as the D.C. Swamp or Deep State) directly at the Article II NBC clause.
And 2012? With Romney, the second consecutive Republican POTUS nominee with strict instructions to take a dive and throw the fight? As if. Why would Romney care that he had standing to sue Obama over his POTUS eligibility. He probably voted for Obama instead of himself, the lame-o.
They’re going to push her based on the modern idea that if she was born here, she’s an American, regardless of her parents’ status.
We know that’s not constitutionally correct, but too many people weren’t taught that.
Honestly, I think they chose her purposefully in order to sow this kind of discontent.
If she was born in this country she is eligible.

What if Harris takes a trip to Jamaica? What naturally superior case would the U.S. have over Jamaica in terms of claiming first dibs on Harris’ hide if Jamaica decided to draft her into their army and gets its mitts on her before she gets a chance to fly back to the U.S.?

First, the 14th amendment has NOTHING to do with “natural born citizen” issue.

subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental
citizenship. This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship.

Notice it says “citizens” NOT “natural born”.

AGAIN, “citizens of the United States.”
While the term natural born citizen and natural born subject, and English common law are bandied about, in the final paragraph of his opinion, he did NOT use the term natural born citizen.

I think not. He’s so far gone, I think the DNC is in complete control and probably dictated he not come to the convention for several reasons. 1. They don’t want delegates to see how bad off he is. 2. They may want to dump him in convention and put in another, maybe Cuomo. In that case it’s best he not be physically present.

I’m sorry that the way the supreme court has decided to interpret the constitution to mean that anyone born in the US even to someone here illegally is automatically a citizen. *shrug* I agree it “shouldn’t” be that way, but it is. Time to move on to something that matters, like the fact that she is a far left commie.

Find a brick wall. Pound your head against it until you are senseless. That would be more productive than this line of reasoning. Have you been following the Flynn case? Our federal judiciary is thoroughly corrupt and they are the only path to declaring Harris ineligible.
