2008 was the year the RNC and DNC deliberately simultaneously nominated POTUS ineligible candidates. It was Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, Mutually Assured Destruction, whatever you wish to call it. The net effect, though, was a smart bomb aimed by the uniparty (now referred to as the D.C. Swamp or Deep State) directly at the Article II NBC clause.
And 2012? With Romney, the second consecutive Republican POTUS nominee with strict instructions to take a dive and throw the fight? As if. Why would Romney care that he had standing to sue Obama over his POTUS eligibility. He probably voted for Obama instead of himself, the lame-o.
