Newsweek backtracked from their article earlier in the week where it claimed that Senator Kamala Harris doesnt qualify to be Vice President of the United States. Unfortunately for Harris, there is still no evidence her parents were US citizens when she was born.
da as well.
Newsweek released an op-ed where they claimed Kamala Harris likely does not qualify for the Office of Vice President this week. Professor John Eastman, Professor of Law at Chapman University and Senior Fellow at the Claremont Institute raised these concerns based on evidence known to date

NOPE. NOT THERE.
as a trained lawyer, she knows better, too
Does it matter? She is turd with no prospects, a floating turd, but still a turd.
This is a primary mission of Americas Enemies.
To remove anything that stands in the way of disloyal government.
The attempts will never stop.
The only real concern with natural born citizenship is whether allegiance is owed or can be claimed to another country.
Can she claim Jamaican or some other non-US citizenship, or not?
Its a simple, easy question.
The intent was for there not to be questions or concerns over potentially
divided loyalties, related to birth, for the Presidency.
Her father thinks she is a bad joke
MSM is the Propaganda Arm of the Dem party
Stop focusing on Harris. It doesnt matter what WE think about eligibility. She was born in the US. That is going to settle it.
Every breath we expend caring about her, takes attention for another second off the demented fool Biden.
No one claims her parents were citizens when she was born.
“Her father thinks she is a bad joke”
And her father is real proud of the fact that his grandfather was the largest owner of African slaves in the Caribbean.
Even worst Kamala is an Anchor Baby
12th Amendment: "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."
Constitution A II,S I, C V: "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President"
Harris was born to foreign national parents who were both in the country, allegedly on student visas. Donald J. Harris was a Jamaican national and Shyamala Gopalan was an Indian national
Harris was born with Jamaican citizenship. She inherited her foreign fathers foreign citizenship by birthright, regardless of birth location. Jamaican Constitution, Chapter II (a pdf)
The definition for "natural born Citizen" was from a source that is less known today, but was very well known and referenced often in the days of the founders and framers. A source that was not only read from during the Constitutional Convention , but the principals from within were used as the legal authority to claim Independence from the crown of Britain in 1776. . Born in country/territory, to citizen parents. .
A few months after President Washington was sworn into office, he checked out two books from the New York Society library. One of them was a copy of the very same legal treatise. .
The Congress tried to extend the definition to include those born outside the U.S., but again, to two citizen parents, with the Naturalization Act of 1790. (repealed later) Two citizen parents where again key.
The definition was also read uncontested into the Congressional record, on 3 different occasions, by Congressman John Bingham - the father of the 14th Amendment on citizenship.
That Harris is not eligible to be Vice President should be clear to any reasonable thinker and even "amateur" students of the real, recorded history.
Questioning Soebarkah's eligibility was turned into a spectacle of slander and charges of racism, by even most on "our" side. It will be interesting to see if that remains the case this time around.
Has President Trump instilled enough fight back into reasonable Americans that this question of eligibility will be brought to the forefront? Remains to be seen.
Going after Harris on her record is a good idea. So too, is going after her lack of eligibility. This isn't an either or situation. We can, and should, do all the above.
If we care about the Constitution, if we care about original intent, it's crystal clear that Kamala Harris is not eligible to be Vice President and that matters just as much, if not more, than her insane record.
How difficult is it to determine if a person is a “natural born citizen of the United States?
If both of her parents were actually citizens of other countries and she was simply born on USA soil is that enough to qualify her as being a natural born citizen as far as her holding an elected office putting her in line to become the President?
So what is the problem here? She either is or is not qualified. Which is it?
Anchor babies should not be president.
I guess that Black claim isn’t playing as well for her as it
did for Obamy.
She may have to break out the false Birth Certificate years
before Obamy had to in his public life.
Like I said, this is all a setup to make Pelosi President granted if the Rats succeed in stealing the election. Biden will resign due to brain issues, Kamala cannot become POTUS due to eligibility issues, so Pelosi becomes POTUS and the bowels of hell will be unleashed.
No, born in the US doesn’t settle it. Here’s a candidate with no US citizen parents at birth, only foreign national parents. They wouldn’t even pass the Wong Kim Ark parents test.
Both parents would have had to be citizens at the moment of her birth in other for her to be a natural born citizen.
Therefore, she is not a natural born citizen.
“It doesnt matter what WE think about eligibility. She was born in the US. That is going to settle it.”
She was an anchor baby. If she was born on U.S. soil, even though the parents weren’t citizens, she is because she was born on U.S. soil.
