This shouldnt be a question. Real men obviously dont exist in the National Coalition for Men.
Nobody’s touching that hot potato if they don’t have to.
But ‘men’ who have no clue they are ‘men’ are entitled to play women’s sports... We really have some sick twisted minds at work full time.
Personally, I have no problem drafting women... There are plenty of functions women can accomplish outside of ‘combat’...
How about a “male only army” with the primary qualification being to be in enough shape to brutally kill the enemy and break his stuff?
Just waiting for John Roberts to flip because having a vagina is a tax. Or something.
I wonder if these ‘men’ will now burn their bras.
But what about the woman who identifies as a man?
Isn’t she (he/it) subject to the draft?
If there were only a way to tie in that black men can be drafted while white women are exempt... Black Lives Matter, right????
Also, how can a woman be Commander In Chief without having the same experience as every American Man who is registered for the draft? Knowing that you may decide to send young men involuntarily to their deaths while never having the same obligation to the nation?
Did you expect the court to rule in favor of men?
This is really the only thing that the ERA would change. If they adopt the ERA then your daughter will have to be drafted as well as your son.

Men have historically been on the front lines of every American war. Let’s give the other 40 or so genders a chance to fight and distinguish themselves on the battle field. The next draft should only include women and non- cisgendered males. Give the men a break.
equal means equal
they wouldnt have to be put in combat
the military would place them in logistics roles so they could shift men into more dangerous roles
but this way supplies and atuff could keep rolling
hey i want equal with no negatives
bexause that’s not equal, its special/privileged
either admit its unequal and special privileged treatment or make everyone truly equal
We should get rid of it anyway. We’re never actually going to do the draft. All this is is a waste of paperwork.
America was a very different country back in 1981.
It seems appropriate that this obligation be shared by both sexes.
So, the black robes are OK with Kampala Harris being President and ordering men into combat, but they dont want her ordered into combat?
Seems kind of unfair.
How about this: no possibility to be drafted equals no eligibility to vote in national elections. I say this as a former draftee - one of the last ones.
Obviously Heinlein has skewed my thinking that the right to vote is a right to be earned by at least being subject to the draft. Actual military service would be a better voting qualification, but I have to be realistic. Women interested in voting could voluntarily surrender their draft exemption and register for the draft.
