Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

And how! I asked the assistant how long before we know if the treatment worked... he said a half hour! Wow! He was right. My Dr originally ordered epidural injections but since there was no radiculopathy (radiating pain) I asked the neurosurgeon to study the MRI. He recommended facet blocks, my Dr agreed and it seems to have worked! ...much better so far than the cervical treatments. Hurrah!

Barr told lawmakers Tuesday that with regard to Flynn, he
appointed U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas
John Bash. He wants Bash to investigate the numerous
unmasking requests made by former Obama administration
officials into Flynn.
The retired three star general’s name and the contents of a
top secret conversations in December, 2016 with former
Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak were leaked to The
Washington Post. Columnist David Ignatius said in his column
that multiple U.S. officials had verified that Flynn had
spoken to Kislyak and that those conversations regarded then
sanctions the Obama administration had taken on Russia.
Barr said that Bash’s probe of the Flynn leak will be
independent of the criminal probe being conducted by Durham.
“A number of people, including former special agent (Peter)
Strzok and (Joe) Pientka have been interviewed by Durham,”
said a source familiar with with Durham’s ongoing probe.
“The investigation is certain to bring indictments but how
many and who is certainly not being verified by anyone
inside the DOJ but If I was (Former FBI Director James)
Comey I’d be very concerned.”
Barr told the panel of lawmakers about Bash after being asked by ranking Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan.

Maybe true for some cities but the towns in my area elect council members annually, 2 year terms for each member but staggered. School board works the same. TXBubba is asking about school board. Not sure where she lives but we definitely vote for school board members this year and the nearby towns vote for their officials.
I LIKE THESE TWO SECTIONS:
Section 3.

Section 4.
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
