A homeless man died of a spinal injury 10 days after he was goaded into doing a backflip for $6, Las Vegas police said.

I always feared an injury like that when I was forced into gymnastics in HS gym. Yes, I was badly coordinated then and am worse coordinated now. No way I was going to turn myself into a paraplegic by doing a fool thing like that, even at age 16, or any other age.

The only way it would “stick” with *me* on the jury is if the goader was a licensed physician who knew the dead guy's medical history.A “civilian” can't be expected to know that.
