Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

That just confirmed what I already knew. I don’t know if she was a college debater or not, but I was, and we compiled extensive files on 3x5 index carts of “evidence” in the form of quotes or stats to be pulled at a moment’s notice to respond to the other team’s arguments. That’s because college debates are judged in part on the ability to support your statements with expert evidence rather than just logic or opinion, similar to how lawyers must do in court, and Kayleigh may have just acquired that ability in law school.
In any case, it’s been obvious since I started watching her that he has been exceptionally well prepared for a wide range of questions and has the facts immediately at hand. That doens’t happen without diligent effort at preparation, but it helped my partner and I win debates and it helps Kayleigh Beat The Press!

It could be as simple as having a small group of incompetents working in the department, and since TVA has to deal with federal hiring/firing laws and the union, they took a chain saw out instead of a scalpel and just jettisoned the whole department.
Hoping also that it’s US contractors and not foreign elements. The last thing one might want is to call for help and end up with some guy in India (”Is the unit plugged in???”).
