At this point, did he really say that? We have a glut of tests, and not enough people willing to be tested. We are operating at less than half capacity in multiple labs. In my state, they throw up new testing centers every day, and almost never have long lines.
I drove past an Inova testing center yesterday, and there were 7 cars in line for testing. I almost pulled in, because I’d like to help lower the ‘positivity rate’.

And the media is being very accommodating, with questions such the ones they’re asking about the hypothetical Russia paying to have American soldiers killed. IOW, what should Trump have done if the story was true. Easy to answer when the question is about a hypothetical and not about a real story, and the answers were pre-written for Biden.
