Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

To answer your question on which state would hold the trials, in criminal matters, it is usually the state where the offense was committed or where the defendant resides. If it is an offense with multiple defendants, or that occurred in multiple locations (like, say a conspiracy that took criminals to London and Australia and Italy to create phony crimes, and they conspired to commit crimes against people who live in Texas, Florida, Michigan and other places, and where some participants live in Florida, NY, Massachusetts or DC, there can be multiple places where jurisdiction would be proper. A court may decide that one location has the closest “nexus” to the crime, and grant a motion to move it there, but that is for the most part discretionary.

Watched part of the video of the NZ man talking about these yachts. He said the “Dancing Hare” used to be called “Lady (I think) Ghislaine” for Ghislaine Maxwell. I seem to recall that that had been her father’s yacht and I think he died on it.
Now that is an interesting proposition....
