My wife mentioned that she'd like to watch a good nature documentary sometime. The problem is that we aren't looking for a series, just a stand alone one or two hour documentary. Also of course we don't want some lefty filmmaker lecturing us about how "man is destroying the environment and climate change must be stopped".
I trust Freeper opinions. Any suggestions?

Oh, and we've seen True Life Adventures more than once, so that one is out.

My Little Farm is a good one; talks about the benefits of holistic farming. A little left, but thought provoking nonetheless.

“Our planet earth”......Attleburo narrates.....you can find it and choose episodes you want to watch on netflex or you tube. He stays with information about the animals and terraine they live in with very little references otherwise.

Into the Wild. More man vis-à-vis nature. A true story. Good. Directed by Sean “The A-hole” Penn but no hint of politics. One place to view is Amazon prime.

Attenborough.
Just about everything he did is excellent.

I had no idea how to spell his name LOL...Attenborough is right.
The visuals in that series 'Our Planet' are stunning....seeing animals I didn't know even existed as well as landscapes.... I learned allot I wasn't aware of so it was fascinating from start to finish......

Blue Planet - The Deep.
Fantastic! The Deep contains the strangest life you’ve ever witnessed. It doesn’t even look real, it’s so otherworldly.

Into the Wild. More man vis-à-vis nature. A true story. Good. Directed by Sean The A-hole Penn but no hint of politics. Well, except for the fact that the story is very fictionalized.
There was a guy, he died.
That part was accurate. The rest... not so much.
