Why has Governor Cuomo by executive order banned the sale of hydroxychloroquine for at-home use for CoVid-19? Do you know how dangerous and scary it is to get a positive CoVid-19 test result and be told to stay home and isolate with no available medication available to slow, prevent or minimize the progression of the disease as it begins to ravage your respiratory system? As you approach Day 5, the respiratory symptoms often get worse eventually sending you to the hospital. This is a Dangerous Standard of Care for at-home early maintenance of CoVid-19. Governor Cuomo, let's make HCQ available to soften the impact of CoVid-19 so we don't have to go to the hospital.

Probably because the media refuses to Challenge Cuomo on anything. And there are no lawyers that are brave enough to take him on either.

Government cannot dictate how a doctor practices medicine.
If a doctor prescribes it, the pharmacy has to give it out.

This is a proven treatment for covid-19 (CHINA FLU) but because president Trump spoke highly of it, BANNED in New York, because Orange Man Bad.
New York (Cuomo) has been particularly draconian in their orders, but there are other states that have followed suit with regard to how many days supply the pharmacists can dispense 14 days) - Arizona is an example. I'm not positive of the number of states restricting access to everyone - even those with per label prescriptions for things like RA and Lupus, but I believe it is over 20.
Are you saying you can’t even get it with a doctor’s prescription? Or are you trying to get some without a doctor’s prescription? You need to get a doctor to prescribe it, for your own safety, so you know the correct dosage to take.

Robert, I am saying in New York State, Cuomo has directed pharmacies to REQUIRE a diagnosis with the HCQ script. If the diagnosis is CoVid-19, pharmacists are forbidden from filling the script for HCQ. Only the allowed diagnoses, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. will be allowed.

So you are saying that the HCQ is unnecessary? I know the zinc sulfate helps, by slowing the replication process of the virus, and the azithromycin (Z-Pak) kills any bacteria that may be associated, but what about the virus itself? I thought that was the job of the HCQ . 8>)
Nor will anyone dare ask his brother New York resident Chris Cuomo if he was given a timely prescription and supply of hydroxychloroquine and took it. Wonder what his good life long buddy Dr. Fauci recommended. Also if he took hydroxychloroquine, how did he manage to obtain it as an outpatient n New York State?
He has personally murdered thousands in New York State. No governor has the ability to ban a legal medicine. Again, a governor has no legal authority to ban a legal medicine. He should literally be tried for Murder and I hope the families of those who lost loved ones do something about it.
