That won't stop his useless projects from taking place. He just closed down the Indian Point Nuclear Plant in Westchester County, which could have run for several more decades. He's got plans for nano tech, and "green projects," which he's done before, but have failed miserably: The billion dollar solar panel factory he built in Buffalo that hired only 750 people, and is now valued at only $75 million; a light bulb factory, and a film archive he built in Syracuse, along with a computer chip factory he built in Utica, New York that never opened for business because the companies who made the deal with him, walked away without any fines.
