Sounds like it's a done deal as far as the contracting goes.
I have a few questions:
Who/how many are going to voluntarily get vaccinations?
What is actually in the "vaccinations?"
Will you and your family have a choice on whether you get vaccinated?
Will we get "chipped" or will we just have a government provided card to verify that we have been properly vaccinated?
I’d be worried about “Retractable.” Does the needle retract? Then get used again without any disinfection?
Or does the name imply that their stock price bump is retractable?

No. Only one time use. Retracts and is discarded to prevent injury by a contaminated needle.

Benzinga is a financial info site. The company (RVP) is a $120M cap stock, avg trad volume per day is 378,745, but today is trading at 9.5 million shares and is up 26%. By my calculation, that's 25 times normal volume.
This is the only news I'm seeing on this stock.

I would think that Benzinga would be subject to the scrutiny of the Securities and Exchange Commission for stock manipulation if the info were untrue. Ya think?

Your “few questions” are not ‘financial information’ but take you deep into the ‘anti-vaccer’ tin foil land.
Once you start
I beg to disagree. I have advocated strongly for getting flu shots for years. However a guy I know suffered tremendously for months this past Fall from Guillain–Barré syndrome after getting a flu shot.
There has just been too much over the top news on the pandemic that wasn't and how we all need Bill Gates' vaccine to save us, or else.
Just say "No!" to the globablist pro-vaccine gang.
