Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

That’s why we need judges to go back to original intent, not the latest interpretation that a “progressive mind” will come up. The whole reason we have “birth citizenship” being applied to children of illegals, or those on a visitor’s visa.
I think the first part is the ruling, there’s a gap after that. The second part that mentions the states is a contemporary explanation of the ruling, not part of the ruling.

The Dems claim that anyone running for political office is immune from investigation or prosecution. Look at Biden and his son. So if they put Biden and Clinton, or Obama and Clinton on a ticket together, they will scream political persecution.
And, even today, our churches await PERMISSION from the state to hold services?

True. Whoever the Dems put on the top of the ticket, they’ll use the political persecution argument (which is not law, just custom) to try to protect them from indictment. But even without indictments, Biden will loose by a landslide. A Hillary/Obama ticket would be harder to beat, if they’re not indicted but I still think Trump would beat them easily, just not as easily as Biden.

NEW YORK – April 29, 2020 — FOX News Channel (FNC) will host a two-hour virtual town hall with President Donald Trump on Sunday, May 3rd from 7-9 PM/ET. Co-moderated by chief political anchor and executive editor of Special Report, Bret Baier and anchor and executive editor of The Story, Martha MacCallum, the socially-distanced forum entitled America Together: Returning to Work, will take place live from the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C., where President Trump will answer viewer-submitted questions from 7:15-8:45 PM/ET.
The town hall will be presented in front of a virtual audience, where participants will raise their questions about the phased re-opening of the country to President Trump. Viewers will be able to submit their questions ahead of the May 3rd special to FNC’s social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for a chance to appear in the national broadcast.
President Trump’s appearance will be his first sit-down interview with Baier and MacCallum since the network’s town hall in Scranton, Pennsylvania on March 5th. That program made history as the most-watched election town hall ever on cable news, according to Nielsen Media Research.
