Contact Tracers, who can be trained to do this work. The main goal is to track people who were positive. They discusses building a national corps of tracers.

Someone called Rush’s show today and said they were already doing this in Washington state with the authourity to put you into “camp” if you didn’t comply. This is much scarier for our nation than the virus. We have generations of American men that have fought for our liberty and died. This cannot stand.
