In NJ, Gov. Phil “I wasn’t thinking about the Bill of Rights” Murphy today said that “phased” reopening won’t happen until Memorial Day, and that “social distancing” will continue through summer, including at the beaches.

I doubt anything short of massive protests/civil disobedience will make any difference, and neither of those are going to happen in this blue-state craphole.
