Halle Berry spilled the beans on a secret shed been keeping since her time on the 2002 James Bond installment of Die Another Day.
The actress spoke with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesdays edition of The Tonight Show and revealed that while filming the movie alongside Pierce Brosnan, he once saved her life on the set after she began choking and for that, shes eternally grateful to the Bond star.
I was supposed to be all sexy, trying to seduce him with a fig, Berry said of her Bond girl character Jinx Johnson. I end up choking on it and he had to get up and do the Heimlich.
The 53-year-old Monsters Ball standout couldnt contain her laughter as she continued.
"That was so not sexy, she added, prompting Fallon to maintain that wed never see James Bond perform such a maneuver in a movie.
James Bond knows how to Heimlich! He was there for me, he will always be one of my favorite people in the whole world," Berry said.

I thought that the movie was OK...
Halle Berry was fine as the CIA agent...
I thought Brosnan was a good Bond. I liked the distinct lack of Roger Moore type camp in the Brosnan era 007’s.
She’s fine not as a CIA agent as well...
She is a lot prettier in person than on camera. But, that is true for the beautiful starlets.
He did ok.
Brosnan wasn’t my favorite Bond, but he does seem to be a good guy.
She almost died THAT day.
He’s dealt with a lot of personal tragedy in his life.
I enjoy the Bond movies, but most people don’t notice how deliberately insulting they are to Americans.
There is usually an American character that is a buffoon, blowhard, asshole, or all three.
Pierce is OK as Bond, but my heart belongs to Sean Connery’s Bond.
Daniel Craig* has done a good job, too. I really liked ‘Skyfall’ but I’m a devoted Dame Judi Dench fan, so that cinched it for me. ;)
*Enjoyed him in ‘Knives Out’ which was a very fun old-fashioned kind of movie.
Enjoyed the fencing contest that turns into a brutal contest of increasing escalation of edged weapons. It was quite good.
That’s ok with me. When your former colonial overlord is reduced to a third rate city state, I don’t really mind if they wish to have me play the buffoon.
She’ll DIE ANOTHER DAY.
Loved him as Remington Steele.

Steele was a great show.
It had Stephanie Zimbalist after all.
"Now...who you talkin' about there my man?"
“There is usually an American character that is a buffoon, blowhard, asshole, or all three.”
That’s so a fantasy film still comes across as realistic.
