Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Trump seeks to add 75 million barrels of oil to Strategic Petroleum Reserve amid historic price crash
Trump said he’d like Congress to approve any action. Last month, Congress left plans to buy oil for the SPR out of the $2 trillion stimulus package.
The president called negative oil a “short-term” phenomenon and said, “this is a great time to buy oil and we’d like to have Congress approve it.” He also said “at a minimum” the government would charge for storage in the reserve.

... the Justice Department on Friday responded to the calls from Feinstein and Warner and argued Barr’s remarks were entirely accurate.
A Justice Department official told Fox News that the dispute between Atkinson and Maguire was based on his demand that the whistleblower complaint, which prompted the president’s impeachment inquiry, be sent to Congress before it was sent to the Criminal Division of the Justice Department for review.
The seven-day period, according to the DOJ official, gave the DNI the time to review whether the allegations presented an “urgent concern,” but they said it was not intended or provided the time to review the merits. The official maintained that Barr correctly described Atkinson as insisting that the complaint go immediately to Congress before “the executive branch [could] look at it and determine whether there was any problem.”
