A sex spell designed to force a man into bed with his female admirer has been discovered on an ancient Egyptian papyrus. The newly-translated spell demands that a man called Kephalas face 'anxiety at midday, evening, and at all times' until he has sex with a woman called Taromeway. It also features a crude drawing of the naked Kephalas, his genitals grossly exaggerated, as he's shot with an arrow by the ancient Egyptian god of the dead, Anubis. The 'erotic-binding spell', apparently commissioned by Taromeway herself, was likely placed in a tomb where it was meant to summon the ghost of the deceased.

This, possibly, explains why, before I got married 60-years ago, the seemingly unending hell of sexual slavery I had to live through... All those women were of Egyptian descent... In fact, now that I think about it, my wife probably fibbed when she told me she was of Iroquois and French descent...

[snip] The spell is written in Demotic, an Egyptian script... The spell makes astronomical allusions, at one point calling upon Kephalas to traverse Ursa Major... Other so-called erotic binding spells are known from ancient Egypt, although they were more commonly used by men seeking women.... [/snip]
Who called it? :^)
[snip] It’s possible that Taromeway and Kephalas were from different ethnic groups. “While she is certainly Egyptian, Kephalas and his mother have Greek names,” said Ritner. Ancient Egypt was under Roman control at the time the spell was written; during this time, Egyptians did adopt Greek names, “but it may be the case that Taromeway’s sexual fixation on Kephalas crossed ethnic bounds,” Ritner said... The papyrus, which has not been translated before, is now in the collection of the University of Michigan, which acquired it in November 1924. Records are unclear about which site the papyrus is from, though many of the other papyri that were acquired along with it are from the Fayum area of Egypt, according to previous research. [/snip]
It could also be that Taromeway (isn’t that an old folk song?) was far too young for Kephalas.
i am married to a retired Marine, and I have seen some things. Just sayin’. and i ‘ve seen it during the day!!
Tiny men with big, fat ladies. Handsome boys with old crone wives. It happens.
The Spell is only one word, YES.
I too have seen some very large fat women dancing with a very small man whose arms wouldn’t touch behind the womans back.
I didn’t mean to say that some women were so fat/ugly that there wasn’t a man somewhere who would have sex with them. I meant I’ve seen some women I wouldn’t have sex with.
“i dont know any guy that has to be forced to get into bed with a woman.”
One word.....Hilary. There isn’t enough alcohol in the world.
rwood
I’ve forgotten who said it:
“All a woman has to do to get a man into bed with her is her hair.”
And ‘they’ say witchcraft ain’t real!

“I want you to have sex with me.”
I bet a priest got a whole lot for that spell to bring the dead back to life to have a hot night of it—Did it call for the use of Tanna Leaves? How many? Nine I guess or Ten?
