I’ve got a rash in a private area. Is that a symptom of the virus or last friday night at the local bar?

I think I had it in November after visiting Hawaii. Lots of Hawaiians were sick, I got it from Sis and her BF. Came home, entire family got it, and similar rampaged the Seattle/Tacoma area.

I never get sick, first time in about 4-5 years. I got better, then sick again...total of 3 weeks. Lots of folks were horribly sick.

Now, Hawaii has virtually zero cases. Perhaps because they already had it, are now immune? That place has TONS of travelers...germs everywhere...why nobody sick now??

I will admit, my symptoms did not make me short of breath or have lung issues.

Did my getting that seriously sick back then, give me better immunity now? I am also a rare case of mosquito and bug bite immune. I got that after living in mosquito infected Anchorage in my 2nd of 4 yrs living there.

I know of an officer in a police department who has tested positive and is showing symptoms. The rest of the department is very worried, including a family friend. It’s not going well.

For privacy reasons, I can’t be more specific.

I sneezed today. I’ll probably be dead by the start of next week.

I was really, really sick leading up to and the weekend of Feb 21st. I missed my whole Fri-Sun shifts at local restaurant. Started with sore throat and some cough...progressed to 103 fever, chills, body aches, bad unproductive cough. Went to doc on 22nd. Diagnosed with viral pharangtis. Tested negative for flu and strep. I’m wondering about that. Sickest I’ve been in years and felt like flu. Also moms at work say a lot of kids and some adults had same thing around that time...

...not working now due to virus. Hope this ends soon as I really need my extra income and may not qualify for the bailout due to a 401-K withdrawal that year...

Can’t be specific due to a promise, but I know someone that has 2 coworkers infected. Large company and my friend doesn’t personally know the 2, but was informed by her management of them. Health industry related.

Here’s something from a young conservative Australian ex-pat female YouTuber - she likely had COVID-19 and reported on what she experienced: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PLQ5LomliU

31 were on the floor at my wife's (MD) hospital yesterday. From 2 to 31 in two days. They are setting up tents and preparing for the surge. All elective work is shut down. Many others are exhibiting idiopathic pneumonia awaiting confirmation. Further, they have ordered up 60 more respirators and have put out a call for PPE and donations. They further are looking into local manufacturing of masks even if cottage manufactured.

This is a large tertiary level 1 health system with multiple hospitals. There is another in town.

We are not hard hit yet but the numbers are doubling daily.

Yes I know of confirmed serious cases.

All the MDs and Nurses I know are already fatigued and besides themselves. If they see it, why don't others?

The critical cases were infected many days ago. That is how this virus works. The numbers go up daily, however you can't determine the CFR unless you determine the date of infection and/or divide calculate the death versus recovered rate.

What are you actually looking for?

Buddy came back from Vegas in January and we chatted directly for about 15 minutes. He had been sicker than he’d ever been for about a week but was fine then. Next day I was really ill. Two-three days of severe, pronounced back and muscle ache. Monday I was fine. His description of back and muscle ache stuck in my mind. I had anti-inflammation medicine which I used once and the pain went away.

I don’t know anyone who has it. There are only 3 cases of it right now in the county I live in. It feels like I’m getting a cold for several days now. No fever. It could still just be a cold.

The closest I have is a friend of mine. He’s quarantined because a co-worker is exhibiting symptoms but hasn’t been tested yet.

I do have a facebook friend who’s a member of the same Christian youth ministry as me. His cousin is in the hospital on a respirator. That’s the closest for me.

My SIL has been sick with some symptoms consistent with Covid. He has had to wait for several days to be tested due to lack of tests. We should know the result in a day or 2.

I know no one who has it, nor do I know anyone who knows anyone who has it.

Most of my circle believe we already had “it” in February, we all thought it was severe seasonal allergies.

I’m immune...hopefully
