What are families doing and what are plans during this odd time.
I am in house and keeping busy. Summer in the south.. already.
Your son is a hero. God bless him.
Not as good as the undeclared pandemic of 2017 when 959,000 Americans were hospitalized and over 61,000 people died.......And the media was silent.
Probably not enough, but, they haven’t shut down the grocery stores yet.
It would but I don’t see any precedent for it.
Mine’s been pretty much under control. Eating more fiber has helped tremendously.
I’ve seen the workers at City Market doing that shopping. It’s a great service, glad you are able to take advantage.
Excellent!
It was ruining my social and work life. You look fine to everyone around you in general, but no one really knows what you are going through. Public bathrooms become holy places and you know where all of them are in your area.
I’m doing lots of yard work.
I teach nursery school in SC. Nursery schools and daycares were not ordered to shut down when the schools closed. So I’ve been going to work.
Working online. Walking around the neighborhood. Lots of home cooking. Hiking tomorrow. Main difference is no restos and no office.
You are probably will. Since I decided long ago not to participate in the 21th century, I am chain sawing, splitting, and stacking firewood. I have a basic flip phone and can remember the time I used a black Western Electric phone and just had to be aware that someone else might be using the party line.
What I have posted earlier.

Im 1,.000% against shutting down Americas backbone by not going out. Yesterday, went out to a restaurant and went dancing afterwards. Tipped the waiter at the restaurant nicely and doubled my tip to the band later that night. My friend sitting across the table did the same. Danced with a couple of lady friends besides the wife and will continue to do so. Play cards later tonight and expect to do the same next Monday. Im not staying in my house. And I hope to help all the local businesses stay afloat.
And had two Coronas!!!!
As to the virus I hope they find BOTH a cure and and antivirus vaccine ASAP. That is what I think needs to be done. NOT CLOSE UP SHOP. By the way, I’m not going to give the virus to anyone.
We are finding the positives...and theyre all around. I may wonder what is going on, but hoping it can all be sorted out later. In the meantime: Kids are playing outside more! Been in this neighborhood 26 years and have noticed fewer kids over the years. Now, with schools closed, many families are doing homeschooling with recess! Our local news is now doing fun school at 11am every weekday. Science and weather lessons and experiments. MANY strangers on phone or at store will smile and say stay safe! Many museums worldwide (which I could probably never visit) now have a free online tour. My 23 young adult nieces/nephews are gathering tonight online for a Facebook Live event from your bunker. That is something that will probably continue after this is over.
I was raised with, This, too, shall pass. I dont know what is on the other side...but for now we are praying for our President, our country, and our family and friends..and FINDING THE POSITIVES. :)
riding my motorcycle here in Florida temps in the middle 80s gas is cheap to boot.
we’re proud of him too.....tell him that....
I’m one of those as well.
they haven’t closed things down in Japan either.....restaurants and bars remain open...
A classic 5-0 rerun now.
Later Space Mutiny of MST3K with the spousal unit.
I’ve been painting some of the plastic pieces of the CB750.
Too many Jeep parts are still in powder coating.
