People with blood type A might be more vulnerable to the coronavirus, while those with type O blood could be more resistant, according to a new preliminary study from China. Researchers studying COVID-19 in its outbreak epicenter, Wuhan, and the city of Shenzhen found the proportion of Type-A patients both infected and killed by the disease to be “significantly” higher than those with the same blood type in the general public.

53% of Hispanics in the US are believed to have O Positive as their blood type, making them the largest ethnicity with this type of blood.

Caucasians are more likely to be A Positive than any other ethnic group.

Asians are more likely to be B Positive and AB Positive than any other ethnic group.

Not sure I buy this study -

You have to understand that Chinese science is very... “superstitious” about blood type and think it also determines your personality along with some other homeopathic health conditions/benefits.

While it’s possible this study could be true - I’d take it with a grain of salt.
