What’s his FReeper name?
People who have HIV and continue to have unprotected sexual encounters without notifying their partners are charged with endangering the public, among other things, so yes they can........................
That would be SO FUNNY if it did not ring true.
Not anymore. All those laws are being tossed. They can fornicate away if they have hiv with no consequence.

I had an exchange with a freeper a couple of days ago where he insisted quarantines were unconstitutional.
There were the same arguments during the antrax scare back in 2000. A few insist that they have a constitutional right to infect others. Governments can force quarantines even to the point of shooting violators. Same laws that apply to rioters.
“Monitoring” What a nice way to put it...instead of saying armed guards are guarding the house so the guy doesn’t go out.
Ball and chain time ?
We don’t have resources of LEO to deal with this.
Just bring him food and keep him on a leash
Yes, we have the right to protect ourselves from people who chose to attempt to murder us... My mother use to say 'your rights end at my nose'...
I do, except for the deputies part. She went out and about her business, and anyone who questioned or challenged the wisdom of her actions was accused of stoking panic. Funny how different everything is when a Republican (or Trump) is in the White House.
LOL - she’s been dead many years but she would have enjoyed your comment.
I snorted my coffee through my nose when I read that. It’s sad but true.
I don’t know what the legal ramifications are, or aren’t, for this, but this guy reminds me of the kind of person who comes to work - NO MATTER WHAT - because they’ve got work to do. Doesn’t matter if they’re feverish, coughing, etc. They have work to do and nothing else matters.
How widespread is that law? I read, perhaps a month ago, that somewhere (San Francisco?) changed it from a felony to merely a misdemeanor to give someone AIDS like that.
Should this be a criminal offense? I think so
Put an ankle monitor on him.

Not as bad as in China where the authorities welded the virus carriers’ doors shut.
Is there no BRIGHT fluorescent purple die that lingers on the skin for a couple weeks that can be used on repeat quarantine violators?
They’d be pretty much group isolated every time they broke quarantine and tried to mingle...
Ebola nurse and CDC employee Kaci Hickox?
Yeah. I remember her.
My pizza is worth risking your life, get out of my way!
I remember her quite well, and I don’t intend to let her go un-shunned, as a shining example for anyone who knows better to cringe should the thought of breaking quarantine flit on bat wings through the darkest corners on their minds
