Then they can chase me down in my Challenger cause NOBODY tells me to stay the #### home.
If I want to take a drive, then i’m gonna take one.
And if I get arrested than the rest of you can see what’s coming your way and you will THEN regret that you sacrificed freedom for safety and security
But I’ll leave me house whenever the hell i want.

Ok, I'm not going to make my own thread with this, but this is what I received from a friend in high places. This is a cut and paste from what I was given. It will be announced next week. I suspect that a few others on this board can confirm...
> Nationwide, all seated restaurants, bars, food courts, stores carrying nonessential wares, and public venues will be urged to shutter for a minimum eight weeks.
> Nationwide, all schools, day cares, colleges and universities, trade schools, and professional conferences will be shuttered for a minimum eight weeks.
> Regular international commercial air travel will be suspended until further notice.
> Domestic flights will be severely curtailed. Amtrak and all major metropolitan public transit will cease operations, except for dial-a-ride programs for the elderly and infirm. Most municipal and regional public buses and trains will either be shuttered or face radically reduced schedules.
> All concerts, theaters, camps, sporting events, youth recreation centers, public fitness centers, elderly activity forums, bowling alleys, public swimming pools and natatoriums, movie theaters, and other similar gatherings will be vacated until further notice.
> Nationally, elder care facilities and nursing homes are urged to disallow all visitors except for medical personnel, supplier deliveries, and Government authorities.
> Cities are urged to enact and enforce public curfews and to restrict all non-family gatherings of more than five persons.
> The President will issue Executive Orders banning price gouging and hoarding, and will exhort law enforcement to rigorously apply harsh standards and penalties.

Okay...Michigan and Ohio. Grocery chains in both states, not in an “area.”
They might be correcting fast as I do not go back once I have shopped, but small towns, or large, the shelves of certain items are being emptied. Not just TP and sanitizers either.

I hate to say this, but who give a fu$k. You cant handle the truth. Im 68 and I got $5 says I aint walk-in outa here. We are going to die, no doubt about it. Fight, phucck, or go for your gun. We are all getting there sooner or later.

The Fed has already reduced the interest rate to 0%. If the economy continues to tank it will be up to Congress to come up with some kind of stimulus package.

Almost a year of endless nightmares without it and I need this.

I assume that Trump won’t order any such draconian quarantine just like Trump didn’t cave on Amnesty all the times the Freeper panicistas insisted that was a done deal.

If your shelves are empty, you chose a poor place to live. It's like this pretty much all over the US right now - from what I've seen/ heard, and from what FReepers have been reporting.

We bought 20 lbs of pork and 3 tri-tips at a tiny local grocery yesterday. Smoked all of it today. Didn’t even make a dent in what they had available.

Maybe the closing down of schools and businesses by the Midwest governors is fueling the shelf emptying.
May be necessary, but created some panic buying.
To: Spktyr
Toilet paper and meat, here.
If people are eating up all that meat, they’re really not gonna need the TP for a while.
