Democrats already know they can get away with fraud - they have been doing it every election for a long time.
They probably already have back room operations set up to manufacture bundles of fraudulent votes to dump in critical areas on election night.
This coming election is going to be the dirtiest that democrats can make it.

He said the Department of Water and Power will shut off services for the businesses that don’t comply with the “safer at home” ordinance.
Neighborhood prosecutors will implement safety measures and will contact the businesses before issuing further action, according to Garcetti.
“The easiest way to avoid a visit is to follow the rules,” he said.
The mayor had also announced that restaurants and bars could deliver alcoholic beverages, as a means of stimulating business.

Probably “hundreds of thousands of people” have already had Covid-19, didn’t know they had it, and recovered. Should be tested for antibodies so they could go back to work and keep the economy going
