The Pompous Governor everyday of New York is calling for help for what they created.
All inner cities like this will of course face this crisis worse than others,because they love everyone in their sanctuary cities.I feel for the taxpaying citizens.The people do not deserve this failure on his part. Common sense and the arrogance of these liberal leaders like Cuomo are indeed facing serious consequences from their lack of action.

Currently takes 24-48 to get test results back. They just now approved a test that gives results in 45 minutes.

And the test is only a snapshot in time.
After the test results are in, they can only know they didn’t have it when they were tested.
I take the test right this minute. The next minute I could be infected.
