Chuck Schumer Threatens Gorsuch and Kavanaugh if They Uphold Pro-Life Law: “You Will Pay the Price”

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer threatened Trump-nominated Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh Wednesday, telling them they will “pay the price” if they uphold a pro-life law from Louisiana that saves babies from abortion and protects women’s health.

“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price, Schumer yelled into the mic before a crowd of abortion supporters.

“You won’t know what hit you if you go through with these awful decisions,” he added.

Responding to the tirade, pro-life Sen. Ben Sasse tore into Schumer.

“The Democratic Party is so radicalized on abortion politics that today Chuck Schumer threatened Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh if they didn’t strike down a simple, common-sense, pro-woman law that simply says that abortion doctors need to have admission privileges at a local hospital,” the Nebraska Republican said Wednesday in a statement. “Think about this, if a Republican threatened Justice Sotomayor or Justice Ginsburg, it would be the biggest story not just in Washington but all across America.”

“But, Chuck Schumer’s bully tactics aren’t getting much air time right now because there’s so many people in bed with his defense of abortion and his attack on an independent judiciary. These bullying tactics need to stop,” Sasse added.

The Supreme Court this morning held oral arguments on a key pro-life law that saves babies from abortion and protects women from dangerous abortions that could jeopardize their lives and health.

The 2014 Louisiana law at the center of the case requires abortion providers to have hospital admitting privileges to treat patients with emergency complications. If allowed to take effect, it could close shoddy abortion facilities that are not prepared to help patients suffering from emergency complications.

Careful there, Schmuckey, whirlwinds sweep away anything in their path and tend to change directions frequently.

Something rather odd using a variant of the Biblical phrase ‘reap the whirlwind’ to defend abortion.

40 USC §§6134 & 6137(a)

It is unlawful to ...utter loud, threatening, or abusive language in the Supreme Court Building or grounds.

An individual who violates this ... shall be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both.

If I recall correctly the reap the whirlwind phrase comes from a warning to Israel for seeking the aid of heathens instead of God.

Sixty-some million dead Americans because Scotus just can’t keep its nose out of politics.

If abortion is so great, why didn’t the rats make it legal when they concurrently controlled congress and the presidency?

The only thing Schumer omitted was banging his shoe on the podium. 😡

“Schumer sounded rather crazed and desperate there...”

Chuckie is not crazed and desperate, he is incredibly calculating. His target(s) was not Gorsich and Kavanaugh, it was John Roberts. He wanted to get his message out to John Roberts, the weakest link, the alleged conservative Chief Judge that really isn’t, appointed by Prez Bush and an anti-Trumper at heart, that any decision other than the “correct” liberal one is unacceptable.

Schumer couldn’t attack Roberts himself, as that is the man he wants to vote on the liberal side’s point of view re abortion. So, in order to get the message out publicly that the Supreme court is prejudiced against abortion advocates and will rule accordingly on abortion cases, he obliquely attacks the 2 other judges as a way to get the message to Roberts that in order to have the Court appear fair, he must vote with the liberals.

Otherwise the Court is stacked with tainted conservative judges, now that Gorsich and Kavanaugh have been appointed to the Court. Roberts can’t let that appearance of imbalance stand, as Judges are supposedly unbiased, don’t you know, and thus under cover of having seriously lambasted Schumer verbally, Roberts can now hide behind his stern statement and do just what Schumer wants him to do anyway.

A corrupt politician influences his patsy weakling Roberts, and Roberts uses his “tough” statement as cover to do what he really wants to do anyhow, which is to vote with the liberals in order to prove the Court really is unbiased. Roberts and Schumer are a mutual admiration society, both using Schumer’s verbal attack to reach their respective ends, thus guaranteeing the outcome they both really want. A liberal, malleable and loose interpretation of the Constitution, rather than a strict constructionist approach. Roberts is no strict constructionist, and Chuckie knows it. Mission accomplished by Chuckie. Roberts will vote accordingly.

Talking about what these people say and do has become pointless. Someone in authority needs to take action, or just drop it. Talk leads to nowhere.

Does Chuckie know the blackmail contents used on Robert’s in the past by Obama to swing his vote?

He was just threatening to disclose it.

Is it just me or does this sound biblical in its phrasing? It sounds like something that would be written in red ink in the bible. Jesus Schumer...

It isn’t just the use of ‘whirlwind’, it’s also the double use of ‘I tell you’. Shumucky thinks he’s channeling Jesus.

Mr Shooma is fantasizing a Sanders win in November and firing squads. He would surely bring in the experts from Cuba as consultants.
