40-year old accusation. She had 35 years to tell somebody before now. Not getting it. I am not saying she is lying, but when you wait 40 years to tell anybody, then what do you expect to happen. Beyond that, there are so many fake rape allegations, i just dont know what to think about this one.
Anyone coming forward 37 years later with these accusations is an idiot and a fool. And should not be believed.
Sounds like a nasty he said/she said fight. I am impressed by the fact that he has given his denial under oath and has filed a criminal complaint. Should be interesting to see how this plays out.

I think it is possible but goodness, how do you prove it.
Of course, it’s possible she’s telling the truth, but I take no stock in her telling 5 others about the event, or even that her friend who was with her says it’s true. 14 year old girls, especially in a group, often say outrageous lies, for juvenile reasons. If she hadn’t attempted to extort him over the years, she would be more credible. If it IS true, the mother, keeping it quiet to stay in “the business”, is a real scum bag.
