Hockey player positive: team in isolation in Trissino , Vicenza
The Hockey Sports Group Trissino has announced that one of its members, the first team player, has tested positive in these hours at the Coronavirus test. The boy is currently hospitalized in good condition at the San Bortolo hospital in Vicenza. The whole team (players and staff) is already in isolation, in constant contact with Ulss 8 Berica, and will have to remain there until March 13. The activities of the first team (training and matches) are suspended indefinitely, while youth sector activity continues regularly.

PHOENIX – State health officials confirmed Tuesday a “presumptive positive” case of COVID-19 in Maricopa County, bringing the case count to two.
Arizona Department of Health Services says a man in his 20s is not hospitalized and is recovering at home.
“This individual is a known contact of a presumed positive case outside of Arizona who had traveled to an area with community spread of COVID-19,” said ADHS on a news release.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) — A third presumptive positive case of COVID-19 coronavirus has been found in Florida, Gov. Ron DeSantis said Tuesday.
The woman who tested presumptive positive is the sister of the Hillsborough County woman who tested positive Sunday after a trip to Italy. She was on that trip as well.
yesterday VP Pence met with a whole bunch of governors. But, we don’t know how long from time of contamination to time of first shedding. So maybe everybody is in the clear?
Do we quarantine our VP?

I want the President and VP at least to wear masks and stop making public appearances. It will never happen.
I grabbed a couple of cans of the powered stuff and yes, electrolytes help when you’re sick. We get some gatorade whenever one of us has the flu. None of us have had it in a couple of years but got it all the time before that. My wife works in a retirement home and brought everything home so I think we’ve been through all the common strains of the flu and have built up immunity, hence we don’t get them now.
I just hit up the pharmacy for extras of vitamins, cough medicine, Tylenol, etc. The medicine shelves were rather picked over. No hand sanitizer, etc. AND I live in the country-away from any big cities.
Sounds like you’ve got your plan and system down.
(The coughing cashier reminds me of the elderly, runny nose tissue lady, I saw, yesterday...pushing her cart w/her used tissue.)
We have boxes of electrolyte tabs on hand. Our wallyworld was comepletely out of tp and water, yesterday. I’m sure they’re restocking.
We also have upcoming trips planned that we are waiting to see about. We have a feeling that some of them may be cancelled by the groups that are putting on presentations we are to attend.

Self checkouts are better IMHO. Have completely stopped my shopping. I am prepped. But one of the last few times I went into Wally world. No cart. No basket. Grabbed only what I could carry. Which is a lot. Passed it all over the scanner. Did not talk or touch anything live. The cc card was swiped and only my right pinky touched screen. Outside store used bottle of 90 % isopropyl to clean pinky. And still doing all that the last time almost got vomited on in the self checkout area. Lol. No more wally world for me for awhile.
