I don’t see where it would hurt, to be on this, as a preventative/immune booster.

A quick warning.

Monolaurin requires titration to prevent a Herxheimer Reaction:

Jarisch–Herxheimer reaction.

Generally begin with 1000mg a day for 5 days. Add another 1000mg for 5 days and then 1000mg more for a total of 3000mg/day. If there is a reaction suspend taking it for 1 to 2 days and begin over again at a lower dose and work your way back to the maximum.
