Like all women who wear heels, Hillary feels inadequate about her stature. In attempt to measure up, she artificially increases her height by wearing shoes with height enhancing heels
Like her politically motivated Marie Antoinette would be Queen predecessor, height induced feelings of inferiority are remedied by elevated shoe heels

I agree. In fact I’ve had a mishap or two with non-skid shoes myself, from not picking my foot up quite high enough.
The solution is to wear the right shoes in the first place- not smooth-soled but not too much of a non-skid sole. I’m sure those designers make such shoes although I wouldn’t know from experience.
Interestingly, the clips I’ve seen of her losing her footing (if not just passing out) she hasn’t been wearing heels.
