Proposed bill would require men in Alabama to get vasectomy
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WIAT) — A proposed bill in the Alabama Legislature would require all men in the state to get a vasectomy within one month of their 50th birthday or the birth of their third biological child, whichever comes first.
The bill, HB-238, was proposed by Rep. Rolanda Hollis on Thursday. The proposal also states the procedure will be done at the man’s own expense.
The bill simply states that “under existing law, there are no restrictions on the reproductive rights of men.”
Hollis said on Twitter that the measure would “neutralize” the state’s abortion restrictions.
The bill is currently in committee. If it is passed, the bill would go into effect the third month since its approval.

I had to click on three different articles before being told she was a Democrat (not that I didn’t suspect this). Another unfunded mandate! Typical ‘Rat thinking.
You took my post out of context. If they want to regulate procreation, what about the fertile 20, 30 , 40 year olds.
If it passed, I can’t imagine many men over 50 living in Alabama.
And the 3rd child sounds like Chinas one child policy.
Men over fifty? Better idea, no viagra for men over fifty, problem solved.
Who needs to mandate vasectomies? Just force men to carry around a picture of Rolanda Hollis. Instant buzzkill.
I believe that the ‘third biological child’ part is intended for the fertile 20, 30 , 40 year olds. If you are 25 years old and have three children you have to get snipped.
If I still misunderstand you perhaps you can try to explain it another way.

If Alabama is poor now, just imagine how poor it would be after.
A man’s best earning years are typically between 40 to 60 years old.
So, a great deal of monetary and experience wealth would fly out of Alabama after the passage of this bill.
I highly doubt that this bill will even make it out of committee.
So a guy in his 30s who’s had three kids with his loving wife, and they take care of those kids, not taking any kind of welfare, and they want to have a fourth child, that won’t be allowed? What about the guy who’s fathered three welfare brats by three different baby mamas? Or the illegal alien who’s produced three anchor babies? Will THEY get snipped, too? Somehow I doubt it.

In nearly all cases the female is a willing participant in the activity that causes pregnancy. Restrictions on abortion is to prevent a human death.
Seems to me if women's so-called "reproductive services" can be mandated by Obamacare then viagra and similar products should be covered as well.
Men are becoming breeding stock and little more. They can't have opinions, they can't run a business, they can't be the people's representatives, they're less likely to get custody of their children, in many places a married man is on the hook for child support even if provably not the biological father. Men can't get any respect in the arts or commercially. Any thing of interest to them is a "toy" (technology, cars, tools, etc) even if women buy all manner of useless crap. Boys are behind their female peers academically and less likely to get a degree.
The transgender dilution of what a woman is is exactly what the radical feminists deserve. It's be interesting to see who wins out. I'm going to hazard a guess that transgenders will win out and women will help them against their own self-interest. Gendered sports, schools, restrooms, clubs, gyms or events will be gone. They already robbed men of safe spaces away from women because that was discriminator and yet women want their spaces just as various activists want safe spaces away from whites or Christians or men.
Where we're heading isn't going to be good for the culture or American exceptionalism.

1. All women must have complete hysterectomies after having two children (not just tubal ligations.)
2. All women must executed three months after reaching menopause.
